ABi Digital For Innovation

This was supported and funded by abi for one year. The goal was to digitize the entire operations of liberation. We digitised by on rolling a new core banking system called mifos.x core banking system powered by Guchietech. We also developed an app for clients to be able to do transactions from anywhere, including ussd and push and pull operations. We also implemented digital loan applications. We needed to move away from the manual way of doing things. This has grown our client portfolio and increased confidence since clients can now get messages. It has also reduced fraud coz now clients can receive updates when they deposit and they easily follow up if they don't receive messages
